Album Info:The Mineral Range owned and operated by Vreeland Rail, along with Pepin-Ireco Co. Explosives, runs out of National Mine. Mineral Range owns one locomotive which is a EMD SW-1 switcher #600. The Mineral Range works with cars for the explosives plant, and also moves cars for A&L Iron & Metal in National Mine, in which they bring out for the Canadian National.The Mineral Range exchanges loads with CN at Winthrop JCT. It is also very rare to see the Mineral Range out on the rails They operate on less then Five miles of track. This RR runs through the town were I was born in and grew up in
